Position Summary
The Associate is a key member of KHV Nova’s consulting teams, responsible for supporting client engagements from inception through implementation. Associates work alongside Senior Consultants, Managers, and Directors on project teams embedded within client organisations, taking ownership of discrete workstreams while developing deep expertise in mid-market business challenges and value creation strategies.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations that drive measurable value for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work on end-to-end consulting engagements across textiles, feeds, jewellery, chemicals, machinery and EPC
- Analyse business and financial performance, build models and translate insights into action plans
- Support implementation with client teams; create decks, reports and simple dashboards; participate in reviews and workshops
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in consulting, corporate strategy, FP&A, ops excellence or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving, comfort with financial statements and Excel, ability to make crisp presentations
- High ownership, curiosity about mid-market businesses, comfort working closely with promoters
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for client engagements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields from a reputed institution
- MBA from a recognised business school (preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience)
