Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR/Recruitment Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment and talent acquisition. This role will primarily focus on internal hiring for Selections HR, supporting our team expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain candidate data and update trackers regularly
• Support in employer branding activities (job postings, LinkedIn outreach)
• Communicate professionally with candidates over calls, email, and WhatsApp
• Learn and apply recruitment best practices through structured training

Who Should Apply:

• Graduates or final-year students (any discipline)
• Strong interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment
