Role Overview
We are looking for a Motion Graphics Executive with strong capabilities in both 2D and 3D animation, along with video editing skills. The ideal candidate comes from an advertising or creative agency background, with experience working on multiple brands and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging 2D & 3D motion content for digital campaigns, social media, and branded assets
- Edit and enhance videos for ads, reels, and performance marketing creatives
- Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, and designers to bring campaign ideas to life
- Adapt creatives across platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google Display, etc.)
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Stay updated with motion design trends and platform best practices
Requirements
✅ 2+ years of experience in motion graphics / animation roles
✅ Hands-on experience with both 2D and 3D animation workflows
✅ Prior experience in advertising / creative agencies
✅ Exposure to working on multiple brands and campaign-based work
✅ Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D / Blender / Maya
✅ Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, and storytelling
✅ Ability to create platform-first, digital content
Preferred Background
➕ Experience working on FMCG, Food & Beverage, Beauty, or Cosmetics brands
➕ Exposure to integrated advertising campaigns and performance creatives
➕ Portfolio showcasing campaign-driven work across formats
