Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Agent to join our travel client’s support team. This is a voice-based role requiring strong communication skills and prior experience with travel booking systems, specifically Sabre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings, changes, and inquiries
  • Provide accurate information on flights, itineraries, cancellations, and policies
  • Use Sabre (GDS) to manage reservations and ticketing efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the travel industry
  • Mandatory knowledge of Sabre (GDS tool)
  • Excellent spoken English skills (mandatory for voice process)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Technical Requirements

  • Laptop/Desktop with Windows 11
  • High-speed and stable internet connection (Wi-Fi)
  • Noise-free working environment for handling calls

Availability

  • Must be available for 7–8 hours daily
  • Flexible to work in shifts if required
