Role Summary
NIIT Digital is hiring Field Sales Counsellors responsible for generating leads through BTL activities , engaging with students and parents , providing career counselling, and converting prospects into enrollments for NIIT Digital programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through BTL activities such as society activations, mall kiosks, corporate park campaigns, job fairs, outdoor promotions, and referral networks.
- Interact with students and parents to understand their learning goals and provide program counselling.
- Conduct program presentations, demos, and career guidance sessions.
- Convert leads into program enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build local lead pipelines through community outreach and partnerships with coaching centres.
- Maintain lead data in CRM and submit daily activity reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years’ experience in Field Sales / EdTech Sales / Admission Counselling / BTL Marketing

Contract Terms
- 6-month retainer contract
- Extension or role conversion subject to performance and business needs
