Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Thumbnail Designer who can create high-quality, eye-catching thumbnails for educational, tech, and career-oriented channels. The designer must deliver thumbnails on time and maintain consistent branding to improve CTR and channel growth.
Required Skills
- Mandatory: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with AI tools like Leonardo, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Canva.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Background removal
- Color grading
- Text styling
- Creative composition
- Ability to create high-CTR thumbnails for educational/drama-style content.
Key Responsibilities
