Job Description:Be the HR leader for the organization Work with an industry leading organization Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the food FMCG sector. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Assess and monitor workforce performance and implement performance management systems. Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the FMCG industry. Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a balanced and inclusive work environment. A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field. Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies in the FMCG industry. Experience in managing HR operations within the food sector is advantageous. Knowledge of labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively to achieve organizational goals. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
