Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Permanent and Contract-to-Hire mandates.
- Handle entry-to-senior level hiring requirements across industries.
- Deliver quality profiles within defined TAT (12-48 hours for priority mandates).
- Maintain structured ATS tracking and pipeline discipline.
- Drive strong interview-to-offer and offer-to-join ratios.
- Coordinate closely with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring execution.
- Contribute directly to revenue and billing targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of recruitment consultancy experience (mandatory).
- Experience handling multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Exposure to niche or high-volume structured hiring environments.
- Hands-on experience using ATS systems.
- Strong sourcing skills across portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Performance-oriented mindset with accountability for delivery metrics.
