Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Permanent and Contract-to-Hire mandates.
  • Handle entry-to-senior level hiring requirements across industries.
  • Deliver quality profiles within defined TAT (12-48 hours for priority mandates).
  • Maintain structured ATS tracking and pipeline discipline.
  • Drive strong interview-to-offer and offer-to-join ratios.
  • Coordinate closely with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring execution.
  • Contribute directly to revenue and billing targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of recruitment consultancy experience (mandatory).
  • Experience handling multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Exposure to niche or high-volume structured hiring environments.
  • Hands-on experience using ATS systems.
  • Strong sourcing skills across portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Performance-oriented mindset with accountability for delivery metrics.
