As an Associate (Administration), you’ll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day administration of our Private Business Tax team, coordinating client communications, maintaining client data, tracking regulatory lodgments and supporting the client engagement team. Working with clients across private wealth, SMSFs, and broader financial services.

What you’ll do: 

  • Supporting our client engagement team by assisting them in the delivery of work 

  • Managing and maintaining our client data to ensure continued integrity 

  • Attending to ATO or other tax regulatory boards lodgments and monitoring client deadlines and distributing ATO or other tax regulatory boards correspondence 

  • Prioritising competing work whilst communicating with all relevant staff to manage client expectations 

  • General administrative assistance to the Team (phone messages, meeting bookings, scanning documents, diary management) 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience in supporting client teams and performing administrative duties  

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands 

  • Handle diverse tasks efficiently and maintain high-quality support 

  • Leveraging your excellent interpersonal and written communication skills 

  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, delivering clear, professional correspondence where needed
