Job Description:Candidates with 12+ years and a combination of Law Firm + Inhouse Experience Only candidates open to travel/ work out of Navi Mumbai Provide legal advice and support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Advise on legal risks and recommend strategies to mitigate potential liabilities. Handle legal disputes and manage litigation cases effectively. Support the business with regulatory and compliance matters. Collaborate with internal teams to address legal queries and concerns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory developments. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal issues. A professional qualification in law from a recognised institution. Proven expertise in legal matters within the engineering industry. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to handle legal disputes and manage litigation effectively. Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks.
