About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Merchandising Manager to manage and grow relationships with our international and domestic white-label clients. This role combines client leadership, merchandising expertise, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution from development to shipment.
The ideal candidate understands export merchandising, costing, sampling, production flow, and buyer expectations in the home textile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end communication with assigned international buyers
- Oversee product development, sampling, costing, and approvals
- Be Good with costing
- Complete responsibility with coordinating an order from PO – to Shipment – Includes overlooking BOM and Managing Order Completion Report after
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure on-time execution
- Track order status, shipment timelines, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
- Maintain strong client relationships built on reliability and transparency
- Ensure margins are protected while meeting buyer expectations
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in home textile export merchandising or account management
- Strong understanding of white-label manufacturing processes
- Experience handling international buyers (EU / US preferred)
- Knowledge of costing, BOM, and production timelines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a factory setup
