Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Operations / ITSM Analyst with 3–6 years of experience, focused on operational tasks such as Kanban tracking, documentation, and ITSM activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT service processes, collaboration tools, and agile work environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure and ITSM operations
• Manage tasks using Jira, Confluence & Kanban boards
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base (Wiki)
• Handle incident, service request, and change management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Office365 tools
• Ensure adherence to ITIL-based processes
• Provide operational updates and reports

✅ Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure & ITSM
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Kanban
• Hands-on with ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Remedy)
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
• Good communication & coordination skills

⭐ Good to Have

• ITIL certification/exposure
• Experience in Agile environments
• Basic system architecture knowledge
