About the role

We are hiring a Growth & Conversion Lead to own the systems that turn demand into qualified pipeline.

This role sits at the commercial layer between traffic and revenue. You will drive:

  • landing pages
  • website conversion
  • Google Ads
  • retargeting
  • lead capture flows
  • funnel instrumentation
  • experiment design
  • revenue-per-visitor improvement

The mandate is simple: convert more of the right intent into pipeline and customers.

What you will own

You will own the full conversion and demand-capture layer across our inbound engine.

That includes:

  • website visitor → lead conversion
  • lead capture journeys, forms, CTAs, and booking flows
  • landing page strategy and optimization
  • Google Ads for high-intent demand capture
  • retargeting for qualified visitors
  • conversion reporting by page, campaign, and source
  • experiments across offers, copy, proof, UX, and funnel friction
  • close collaboration with SEO, founder-led content, design, development, and sales

Core responsibilities

Website conversion ownership

  • Own performance of key commercial pages
  • Improve conversion across service, pricing, comparison, and use-case pages
  • Identify friction in user journeys and improve the path to conversion
  • Work with the design and development team to launch high-converting pages quickly
  • Improve CTA structure, form flow, trust signals, and demo / lead journeys

Growth experiments

  • Build and run a disciplined experiment roadmap
  • Test offers, messaging, proof placement, page structure, lead capture UX, and booking flows
  • Prioritize experiments by likely commercial impact
  • Report learnings clearly and turn them into repeatable improvements

Google Ads and demand capture

  • Own Google Ads for bottom-funnel and high-intent search
  • Run and improve campaigns continuously over time
  • Build strong keyword → ad → landing page message match
  • Use intent data to identify and prioritize high-probability accounts, segments, and audiences
  • Run retargeting to move qualified visitors back into the funnel
  • Improve cost per SQL and paid efficiency

Intent data and funnel insight

  • Work with intent signals, buying signals, and account-level behavior data
  • Translate intent data into landing page strategy, targeting, campaign prioritization, and follow-up logic
  • Identify which visitors, pages, and campaigns are producing real buying intent
  • Improve the company’s ability to capture and convert demand already in market

Measurement and reporting

  • Ensure all major conversion points are tracked properly
  • Build clear weekly reporting on:
  • traffic quality
  • conversion rates
  • paid performance
  • page performance
  • funnel leakage
  • Work with marketing ops / CRM workflows where needed to keep attribution useful and decision-ready

Must-have requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS company
  • Hands-on ownership of Google Ads for an extended period
  • Experience working with intent data and turning it into campaign or conversion actions
  • Strong experience with landing pages, website conversion, and funnel optimization
  • Ability to run structured experiments and interpret results commercially
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with data
  • Ability to work closely with designers and developers to ship fast
  • Strong written communication and copy judgment for performance-focused pages and ads
  • Comfortable working directly with the founder and operating with high ownership
  • Based in Bengaluru and willing to work in office in Seshadripuram

Strong pluses

  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in inbound-led or SEO-led growth environments
  • Experience improving visitor → lead → SQL conversion, not just top-of-funnel traffic
  • Familiarity with CRM and attribution systems such as HubSpot
  • Experience with retargeting, CRO tools, and commercial landing pages
  • Ability to combine analytical rigor with practical execution speed
