Executive – Application and Infra Support

We are hiring an Executive – Infra and App Support (on 3rd party payroll) at Hyderabad.

Experience: 5 to 8 years

• Good Knowledge of Application and Infra support.
• Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Act as a point of contact between project teams and external stakeholders.
• To ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure at client’s office.
• Strong Communication in English and Hindi languages.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting email clients like Microsoft O365 and Outlook.
• Managing and resolving User hardware/software/network related issues in a timely manner.
• Providing support for Microsoft Windows, and Applications support (User Level).
• Installing OS and configuration Windows 11.
• Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Local and Network Printer configuration.
• Coordinate with manufacturers/providers to resolve technical problems with Systems & Software.
• Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.
• Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
• Good Knowledge in Ticketing tool.
