Loan Associate Role Overview:

As a Loan Associate, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating loan processes and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include customer profiling, loan counselling, query resolution, stakeholder management, database management, and extending support throughout the loan assistance process.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

• Customer Profiling and Loan Counselling: Initiate proactive communication with customers to understand their financial needs, provide comprehensive loan counselling, and guide them through available options.

• Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring clarity and satisfaction regarding loan products, processes, and requirements.

• Loan Process Awareness: Educate customers about the loan application, approval, and disbursement process, ensuring transparency and understanding at every stage.

• File Login with Banks: Facilitate the seamless submission and processing of loan applications by accurately managing file submissions and interactions with banking institutions.

• Stakeholder Management: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, banking partners, and team members, to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration.

• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, loan applications, and other relevant information in the database for future reference and analysis.

• Loan Assistance Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the loan application, approval, and documentation process, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in database management and MS Office applications.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
