Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth processing of orders from receipt to delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with warehouse teams and vendors, and handling returns and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment including receiving, inventory management, packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment of orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movement
• Process returns, exchanges, and handle fulfillment-related escalations
• Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor incoming orders and update order tracking systems regularly

Daily Tasks

• Track incoming orders and oversee dispatch timelines
• Update shipment status and delivery tracking
• Maintain inventory records and stock reports
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners
• Resolve operational issues or customer escalations related to fulfillment

Tools & Systems

• CRM software
• Shipping platforms (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.)
• Google Sheets / Excel
• WhatsApp Business

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure during high-volume sale periods
• Basic computer proficiency
• Fluent in Hindi and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, or D2C websites)
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
