Role Overview
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making across clinical trials, from start-up to close-out. You will play a key role in Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) and transforming complex clinical data into meaningful insights and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage analytics across 13–15 clinical studies (therapeutic aligned)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data review strategies
- Enable RBQM components through data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Spotfire / Power BI / Tableau)
- Perform clinical data analysis using R programming
- Translate complex data into clear business insights and storytelling
- Support clinical trials with analytics from start-up to close-out
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to visualize and interpret trial data
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in clinical research analytics / clinical data
- Proficiency in R programming
- Hands-on experience with Spotfire / Power BI / Tableau
- Experience with RBQM (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to translate technical data into business insights
- Background in statistics, data visualization, or programming
- Experience in requirement gathering and analytics solution delivery
