AI Engineer (LLM Engineer | Analytics Dashboards | Chatbot Integration)

Nimble Vision is looking for an experienced AI Engineer with 3–5 years to join our growing team in Bangalore and work across the full spectrum of applied AI — from fine-tuning language models to building intelligent dashboards and chatbot integrations.

LLM Customization

• Fine-tune and customize Meta LLaMA, Google Gemini, and Sarvam models for domain-specific use cases
• Design prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LLM-as-judge)
• Optimize models for production: quantization, distillation, and latency reduction
• Benchmark and compare performance across Meta, Gemini, and Sarvam model families

Analytics Dashboards

• Build AI-powered dashboards surfacing insights from structured and unstructured data
• Integrate LLM-generated summaries and anomaly detection into BI tools
• Develop backend APIs (FastAPI/Flask) to serve model outputs to dashboard consumers
• Work with data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, or Snowflake

Chatbot Integration

• Architect and deploy conversational AI systems powered by Meta, Gemini, and Sarvam LLMs
• Build multi-turn dialogue management using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Integrate chatbots with CRMs, ticketing systems, and enterprise APIs
• Implement guardrails, fallbacks, and feedback loops for production reliability

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML or software engineering experience with an AI focus
• Proven hands-on experience with Meta LLaMA (fine-tuning, inference, deployment)
• Working knowledge of Google Gemini APIs and multimodal capabilities
• Familiarity with Sarvam AI models and Indic language AI ecosystems
• Strong Python skills and comfort with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience in Integrating Proprietary tools and open source
