Senior Architect
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience: 6 – 8 years at established architectural practices
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Architect with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive projects across all stages from due diligence to detailed execution – while managing complex, large scale – developments with precision and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end – to – end project delivery from concept to GFC Documentation.
- Oversee technical due diligence and feasibility for large scale developments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants to ensure design integrity.
- Mentor teams and drive – timely, high – quality project execution.
Technical Requirements
- Must-Have: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and AI Rendering tools.
- Preferred: Proficiency or awareness of BIM, Rhino & Grasshopper is highly preferred and will be given priority.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local building codes and technical due diligence processes.
- Proven Experience on Large Scale Projects
Remuneration – INR 70,000 to INR 90,000 per month
