Product Manager – Healthcare RCM

EchoPad AI is a next-generation healthcare platform focused on AI-driven clinical documentation, insights, and workflow automation. Our mission is to simplify provider workflows and improve revenue outcomes using intelligent automation.

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead product development for billing, claims, and reimbursement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for RCM-focused features
• Design and improve workflows for:

Claims processing

Coding (ICD/CPT)

Denials management

Eligibility & billing

• Work closely with healthcare providers, billing teams, and clearinghouses
• Translate business workflows into product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to build scalable solutions
• Drive improvements in revenue capture, claim success rates, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3–7 years of Product Management experience
• Strong understanding of US healthcare RCM workflows
• Experience with EHR/EMR or billing platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/automation in healthcare
• Exposure to SaaS product development
• Startup experience
