Role: RPA Infrastructure and Support Specialist
Description:
Responsible for the end-to-end management of the Commercial RPA (UiPath) ecosystem. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining the RPA platform, Robot machines, associated database/network components and automated processes. The goal is to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of the RPA infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
1. Upgrading, Maintaining and Administering the RPA (UiPath) platform
2. Responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of deployed automation solutions.
3. Work with change request or evolutions of automated process
4. Ensure Quality and Governance status of a UiPath CI/CD pipeline through Workflow Analyzer (Static Code Analysis) and Automation Ops (Centralized Policy Management).
5. First point of contact for bot failures, managing the RPA environment, and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
6. Work with business and stakeholders to support and manage RPA-CoE platform and adhere to the defined target and SLA.
7. Participate in training to enhance your skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices.
Qualification & Experience:
1. Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / relevant field.
2. 3-5 Years of relevant experience specifically managing UiPath Orchestrator at an enterprise scale (50+ Robots).
3. Experience in knowledge of IT Infrastructure/System standards.
4. Experience in the UiPath Stack: Orchestrator, Insights, Test Manager, Document Understanding, AI center and Apps
5. Experience in deploying and maintaining the Linux-based (Kubernetes/K3s) Uipath Automation Suite.
6. Knowledge in Linux – RHEL/Ubuntu (Necessary for modern UiPath Automation Suite deployments using Kubernetes) and Database Management (Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server)
7. Basic Knowledge in Networking (Understanding of F5 Load Balancers, Firewalls, Proxy settings, and DNS) and Cybersecurity (Knowledge of TLS 1.2/1.3 protocols, encryption at rest, and vulnerability patching).
8. Knowledge of Identity Management techniques – Integration with Active Directory (AD) and SAML/SSO providers is a plus.
9. Knowledge of Integration with CyberArk in uipath as credential vaults is a plus.
10. Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes.
11. Experience in automating SAP, Google Workspace, Web and Desktop Applications.
12. Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management.
13. Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
14. Experience in Agentic Automations technologies is a plus.
15. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple portfolios, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
