Role Description

We are hiring 2–3 Enterprise AI / GenAI Sales Hunters to originate and close high-value deals ($500K–$2M+).

This is a commission-only, full-cycle role.

No inbound leads.

No SDR support.

No hand-holding.

You are responsible for:

  • Sourcing your own opportunities
  • Developing relationships with decision-makers
  • Navigating and closing enterprise deals end-to-end

Compensation

  • 20%–25% commission on first deal
  • 10%–15% on renewals / expansions
  • $50K bonus at $1M closed
  • $100K bonus at $2M closed

Uncapped earning potential tied directly to revenue closed.

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not for SDRs or “openers”
  • Not for closers who rely on inbound pipeline
  • Not for candidates who require tools, leads, or support teams

What This Role IS

  • Full-cycle enterprise sales (originate → close)
  • Independent, performance-driven environment
  • High autonomy with direct access to leadership

Qualifications

  • Proven history of closing $250K+ deals (required)
  • Experience selling AI, software, cloud, or technical solutions
  • Existing network of decision-makers (CTO, founder, enterprise buyers)
  • Ability to generate pipeline independently
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability

Engagement Structure

This is an independent contractor role (commission-only).

  • U.S. contractors: W-9
  • International contractors: W-8BEN

Operating Model

  • Immediate onboarding for qualified candidates
  • Weekly strategic deal sync (focused on active opportunities)
  • Active pipeline development expected within first 14 days

Infrastructure

You will be provided with:

  • Company-issued email
  • Access to internal business hub / CRM for deal coordination

This is a lean, execution-focused environment.

Technical Requirements

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must have a reliable laptop/desktop, stable high-speed internet, and a smartphone to support real-time communication and deal execution.
