Manager Finance Accounts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, treasury operations, taxation, compliance, and audit functions. The role requires strong expertise in financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management to ensure the organization’s financial health and statutory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and rolling forecasts
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives

Banking & Treasury Management

• Manage banking relationships and daily treasury operations
• Oversee fund management, including investments and cash optimization
• Handle loans, credit facilities, and ensure timely servicing of obligations
• Implement treasury controls and risk management practices

Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate statutory, internal, and ASM audits
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings and strengthen internal controls
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements

Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

• Ensure compliance with Direct Tax regulations, including TDS filings and assessments
• Manage GST compliance across multiple states, including returns and reconciliations
• Handle GST audits, departmental inquiries, and litigation matters if any

Corporate & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with ROC filings and statutory requirements
• Keep track of changes in financial regulations and implement necessary actions
• Maintain statutory records and documentation

Advisory & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors
• Prepare responses to tax notices and represent the company before authorities
• Provide financial insights and advisory support to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 15+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation
• Strong knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, ROC compliance, and audits
• Experience in multi-state operations and regulatory environments
