Job Description:

1. Project Management:

Project planning, execution and Site management for EHV Substations upto 765 KV PAN India – Drive project progress & ensure timely completion of all the ongoing projects both operationally & financially as per the planned timelines – Building strong relationship with key suppliers, external consultants, Subcontractors – Coordination with Clients in getting all approvals in time

2. Working capital management:

Working capital improvement below the budget by driving efficiency in collection, Inventory & project progress – Drive Project billing (Both Supply & erection) to achieve desired top line as per the Plan. – Drive operational cost effectively & achieve the project operation cost below the plan

3. Safety & Quality:

Drive Safety culture through proactive initiatives across all project sites & achieve Zero accidents /Incidents – Improve field quality through robust process & focused initiatives – Benchmark Key Processes & initiate Improvement

4. Productivity & Process Improvement:

Implementation of TOC based Project Management processes & robust review system for monitoring the project progress. – Strengthen the entire system billing, RA billing, cost booking processes through robust review process & strong SOP – Training and development of the team

5. Organisational Initiatives:

Drive Kaizen initiatives at all levels & build culture across all sites – Drive PMO projects to improve Productivity for all the projects – Team Development: Fostering the growth and development of team members and subordinates. – Formulate plans and track metrics for key business processes under Enterprise Risk Management – Achieving Operational Excellence through through CII Business Excellence. – Understanding and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal processes.
