We are hiring a Centre Manager to lead overall operations and performance of a premium luxury wellness Centre. The role requires strong business acumen, sales leadership, and operational excellence to deliver 7-star guest experiences while driving revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
– Hospitality (SPA) / wellness / luxury wellness services background preferred
– Strong sales, operations & leadership track record
– Proficiency in CRM/booking software (Zenoti preferred)
– Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
Compensation: 15 LPA + Incentives
