Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Sourcer based in Gurgaon. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential candidates for various roles. Day-to-day tasks include proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, building talent pools, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. The role requires effective communication, talent mapping, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals
- Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and relationship management with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience in talent mapping, pipeline building, and candidate database management
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bonus: Knowledge of recruitment within consulting, professional services, or technology industries
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
