Role Overview
Faym is looking for a Content Creator (Social Media) responsible for developing and producing engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and upload content for Faym’s social media channels, primarily short-form video formats.
- Create content that educates creators on topics such as content growth, monetization, and creator-commerce.
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process ( ideation, scripting, filming, editing and publishing).
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content formats based on engagement and reach.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of short-form content formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Ability to shoot videos.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
