* Role Overview*
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive (BD – Business Development profile) to join our team. The role begins with a 15-days Role & culture fit, 3-months probation, where candidates will handle or gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, Channel sales, client acquisition, and KAM. Upon successful completion of probation, candidates will enter a minimum 36-month contract period, leading to a full-time position based on performance.
* Key Responsibilities*
_* B2B Sales (55~60%)*_
• Identify and qualify new B2B leads: jewelry manufacturers, designers, exporters, and dealers (B2Ch).
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, pipeline tracking (NeoDove/Google Sheet/Excel/WhatsApp).
• Prepare customized quotations, pricing decks, brochures and product information.
• Follow up, Close deals, manage orders efficiently and coordinate with operations/production/logistics teams for delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure timely payment collection, increase and maintain positive cash flow.
• Keep detailed records & update of sales/BD activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
• Assist in creating sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
_* Marketing (25~30%)*_
• Collaborate with branding & marketing department for online campaigns, reels, and digital outreach.
• Coordinate content input for LinkedIn, Instagram, and website with design team.
• Conduct market research: competitors, pricing benchmarks, industry, customer trends.
• Provide insights on customer preferences to help shape product offerings.
• Work with the team and management to develop targeted promotional campaigns.
• Execute monthly WhatsApp/email newsletters for client engagement.
• Update catalog and brochures in timely manner to sync with all the business function and departments
• Collect and analyze campaign feedback to improve lead quality and ROI.
_* Business Development (15~20%)*_
• Co-create and implement marketing & business development plans to increase brand awareness and market share in online and offline segment.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns with engaging content across social media, email marketing, and online advertising. (Primarily on Google, Instagram, FB, Linkedin, YouTube, Whatsapp)
• Identify market opportunities to ensure business growth and engage potential B2B clients, including dealers, jewelry manufacturers, designers, and retailers.
• Co-create and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.
• Present and promote Ourosa’s product range to prospective buyers, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and innovation.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring loyalty, long-term client relationships and partnerships.
• Attend trade shows, jewelry & gemstone expos, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent post-sales support.

• Minimum Expected Sales Performance: 5,00,000/- (Fixed component must justify)
• Tiered Sales Growth Performance: (Performance linked Incentives)
• Weekly Marketing to Sales Qualified Leads: 15–20
• Monthly Conversion Rate: >25%
• Customer Retention Rate: >70%
• CRM Hygiene: 100% lead & activity logging
• Campaign ROI: Tracked via source attribution and closed deals
* Probation (3 Months)*
• Comprehensive training on Ourosa's products, target market, and sales processes.
• Shadowing senior sales professionals and engaging in real-world client interactions.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation, CRM tools, and sales pitch development.
• Performance evaluation at the end of 3 months to determine eligibility for the full time job.
* Full Time (After 3 Months)*
• Independent client handling with sales targets.
• Deeper involvement in business development strategies and key account management.
• Continuous performance delivery to ensure alignment with department & company goals.
• Successful candidates will be offered a full-time Senior Business Development Executive position.
* Full & Final Responsibilities (After Full Time Permanent Role with a Contract of 3 yrs minimum)*
• Identify and onboard synthetic gemstone dealers, particularly in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, manufacturers, retailers, resellers, and dealers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media marketing, email outreach, and industry events.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with B2B clients.
• Drive Sales regularly & maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
