ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Meeting Key Targets: Ensuring the daily activities within TAT. Ensuring SLA as per designed. Knowledge of KYC & SLA. Knowledge of documents of Loan disbursement. Knowledge of RC Limit Recon abilities of system data. Ensuring regulatory compliance & KYC. Focus, engage and provide feedback to other verticals on challenges faced in key areas. Ensuring team learning and growth by developing skilled. Implementing industry level best practices.
PREFERRED SKILLS – Experience in Operation roles and display problem-solving capabilities. – Good Knowledge of Excel – Tech Oriented. – Advanced excel skills to support accounts MIS – Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Business team, superiors. – Operation documentation Knowledge – KYC, CIBIL.
