Quintiq Algorith Expert

• Functional

• Good understanding of Manufacturing Processes and relevant IT Systems
• Exposure to functions such as Production Planning/ Workforce planning/ Logistics planning, Production Order Scheduling, Inventory, Quality, Order Management, Plant Performance, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of Business KPI’s

• Technical

• Hands on experience in design, implementation, testing and debugging of Quintiq Optimizers to solve planning puzzles
• Strong technical and functional understanding Quintiq Scheduler
• Conversant with QPLC methodology and Express QPLC
• Validation of solution during SIT and UAT
• Work directly with clients to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A minimum of 10-12 years prior experience on Quintiq
• At least 6-8 years of hands-on systems configuration experience inQuintiq
• Successful completion of at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations of Quintiq Solutions
• Strong ability to engage in discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
• Focus on business process re-engineering efforts, technology enablement, and related changemanagement.
• Certified Level 3 Quintiq Algorithm Expert ( as per old system; level 2 as per new system) preferred
• Experience on Quintiq integration with ERP, OPC and other MES systems
• Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience on Database (SQL, Oracle), Java and C#

• General

• Experience in requirement gathering/ analysis and derive technical interpretation
• Experience in presentation to stakeholders
• Ability to work with cross functional and cross-cultural teams successfully
