Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Acquisition Manager based in Noida. The Project Acquisition Manager will lead efforts to identify and secure new projects, manage client relationships, and expand business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating proposals, negotiating deals, and overseeing project acquisition strategies. Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and implementing growth-focused initiatives will be key aspects of this role. Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and project acquisition
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and proposal creation skills
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverages Processing and Nutraceutical industries
- Ability to conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Strong project management skills, including planning and execution
- Proficient in industry-related software and tools
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be a plus
- Familiarity with FSSAI compliance and licensing processes is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida.
