Role Overview
As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across our web platforms and marketing assets. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user engagement and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design user-friendly interfaces for web and product platforms
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
* Work on website design and optimization for improved user experience
* Design brochures, marketing creatives, and brand assets
* Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
* Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions
* Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and UI standards
Requirements
* Minimum 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design in a product Company
* Strong portfolio showcasing web, and mobile application
* Proven experience in brochure design or marketing collaterals
* Proficiency in tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or others.
* Good understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design
