Role Description:

We are hiring an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist with minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central advertising accounts on Amazon Ads Console. This is NOT a general digital marketing role. Only candidates with direct Amazon Ads experience (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) should apply.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC (MANDATORY) – Must have actively managed campaigns via Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Ads Console.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Ad Types – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Proven experience in performance optimization – Ability to manage and improve key metrics like ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structure & scaling – Auto to manual campaign transition, keyword harvesting, bid optimization, and budget scaling strategies.
  • Experience in keyword research & search term analysis – Ability to identify high-converting keywords, negate irrelevant traffic, and continuously optimize search term reports.
  • Hands-on experience with bulk operations – Bulk sheets, bid adjustments, placement modifiers, and campaign restructuring at scale.
  • Strong analytical mindset – Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and take data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Experience in product launch & ranking strategies – Understanding of how to scale new listings using PPC and improve organic rankings.
  • Working knowledge of competitor analysis – ASIN targeting, category targeting, and competitive positioning strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets – Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to manage advertising budgets efficiently – Daily monitoring, budget allocation, and scaling without overspending.
  • Strong communication & reporting skills – Ability to present insights, performance reports, and strategy updates clearly.
