Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative – Healthcare Technology for the Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal region. This is a full-time role with a flexible work arrangement allowing some tasks to be performed remotely. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales efforts and building strong relationships within the healthcare technology sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, serving as the key point of contact for client accounts, preparing proposals, achieving revenue targets, and managing sales pipelines efficiently to maximize growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, including an ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Expertise in Business Development and Account Management, with a track record of successfully expanding market share.
• Strong Communication skills to foster client relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Experience in the healthcare technology industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting while managing multiple client accounts and initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking ability, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fluency in local languages (Punjabi, Hindi) is an asset.
