Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Packages & Ticketing Executive to join our team for inbound. This role involves managing domestic and international travel bookings, creating customized travel packages, and handling client communications with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Package Creation:
- Design and customize domestic and international travel packages based on client preferences and budget.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
- Ticketing & Reservations:
- Manage flight and other transportation bookings using GDS and supplier portals.
- Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Client Handling & Support:
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and in person to understand their travel needs.
- Provide timely support and updates throughout the booking and travel process.
- Resolve queries, complaints, or issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Documentation & Visa Assistance:
- Guide clients on necessary travel documentation, visa processes, and insurance requirements.
- Sales & Follow-ups:
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasive selling.
- Follow up with clients post-travel for feedback and potential future bookings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in travel operations , outbound packages, ticketing, or client handling.
- Proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo,TBO etc.) and booking portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of international destinations and tourism trends.
- Experience working with B2B and B2C clients.
