At present, Digital transformation (DX) systems developed in Japan are currently configured primarily for domestic use Nevertheless, demand from overseas offices to utilize these systems is rising. To address this global requirement, the System Planning Division aim to collaborate with MGS to introduce a SaaSbased DX platform that can be deployed worldwide, with maintenance and operations formally entrusted to MGS.

All procedures necessary for deploying the DX system in Japan such as reviews by the risk management division shall be carried out by the System Planning Division in Tokyo. MGS shall be responsible for preparing the environment required to operate the SaaS platform and for performing any additional system development. Upon system release, MGS shall assume responsibility for ongoing maintenance and operations, including periodic risk assessments, updates to the system ledger, and remediation of system incidents etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • Implement, develop, and maintain the SaaS service that has been decided to be introduced in Japan.
  • Consider the possibility of expanding the SaaS service to overseas regions in the future.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the IT industry, including 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, cloud services, and DX-related tasks.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Experience in system development for Japanese companies or financial institutions.

Below skills are advantageous:

  • Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Services.
  • Experience with web technologies (HTTP, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python.
  • Experience with system software and algorithms using Linux, Unix, and APIs.
  • Experience in database design and constructing SQL queries.
