Marathi Community Support Specialist
Job brief-
As a Marathi Community Support Specialist, you’ll be a member of the Public App’s community management team. Public App, launched by Inshorts in 2019, is India’s largest location based social network. You would be closely working with teams across different cities/districts of Maharashtra and attaining the best possible results from each of the assigned teams. You’ll be the connecting source between the company and the community, ensuring effective communication both ways.
Requirements –
Proficient in Marathi language (speaking, reading and writing)
Work Experience- 1-4 years
Immediate joiners are preferred
Key Responsibilities –
• Be the main point of contact for communities across assigned cities of Maharashtra
• Onboarding and training of new members from time to time
• Daily review and monitoring of the work of assigned community members
• Review and ensure the quality of content
• Engage with Creator Communities to communicate advertising targets and ensure alignment with overall company revenue objectives.
• Share regular performance reports with the Community Operations Manager
