Role Brief

As we enter our next phase of growth post-IPO, our focus is on global scale, deeper market integration, and building a category defining company across regions.

The Head of Strategy will be a core member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping Chtrbox’s global growth trajectory as a public company. This role combines corporate strategy and international expansion. You will work closely with the CEO and global leadership to unlock synergies, scale efficiently, and create a unified, high performing organization.

This role reports to the MD and CEO, Mr. Raj Mishra (Ex Country Head, TikTok)

Roles and Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy & Long Term Growth

  • Define and evolve Chtrbox’s 3-5 year global strategic roadmap
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and growth levers
  • Drive decisions on build vs. buy vs. partner opportunities

Integration & Merger Synergies

  • Identify and unlock operational, commercial, and capability synergies
  • Align teams, processes, and strategic priorities across geographies
  • Drive a unified go-to-market and positioning strategy globally
  • Act as a bridge between cross-cultural teams and leadership stakeholders

Market Expansion

  • Define and execute market entry strategy for the emerging markets
  • Identify key sectors, client segments, and partnership opportunities
  • Build a scalable go-to-market model for the region
  • Establish Chtrbox’s positioning within the Middle East and other emerging market’s creator ecosystem
  • Work closely with business and partnerships teams to drive early traction and growth

Revenue Strategy & Business Expansion

  • Unlock new revenue pools and monetization models
  • Drive platform-led and recurring revenue strategies

Strategic Initiatives & Transformation

  • Lead high impact initiatives including new business lines, partnerships, and M&A
  • Drive cross functional transformation programs
  • Ensure strong alignment between strategy and execution

Investor & Market Narrative

  • Shape the company’s global strategic narrative for investors
  • Support leadership in board decks, investor communication, and earnings storytelling

Data, Insights & Governance

  • Build a strong market intelligence and competitive analysis engine
  • Lead strategic planning cycles (annual & quarterly)

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
  • Experience in cross-border organizations or global market expansion
  • Proven track record in post-merger integration / multi-market strategy / new market entry
  • Strong understanding of digital, media, or creator economy ecosystems
  • Exceptional structured thinking, financial acumen, and executive communication skills
  • Experience working with CXOs, global stakeholders, and investors
