About the Role

This is a high-ownership role working directly with the founders.

You will drive execution across teams, solve ambiguous problems, and ensure key initiatives move fast. This role is for someone who takes full accountability and delivers outcomes — not just manages tasks.

What You’ll Do

1. Cross-Functional Execution

• Work across operations, supply, growth, marketing, and product
• Drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Ensure alignment and execution across teams

2. Supply & Operations

• Manage and improve doctor/nurse onboarding and utilization
• Build and track systems for payouts, availability, and performance
• Solve day-to-day operational bottlenecks

3. GTM & Growth Execution

• Work on go-to-market initiatives across services
• Improve funnels (especially WhatsApp, booking flows, conversion)
• Execute experiments and iterate based on results

4. Process & Systems

• Build and optimize workflows, SOPs, and dashboards
• Identify inefficiencies and fix them proactively
• Bring structure to fast-moving, unstructured problems

5. Data & Problem Solving

• Analyze data across bookings, supply, and customer behavior
• Translate insights into actionable improvements
• Track key metrics and drive outcomes

AI Capability

• Strong working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to use AI to speed up execution across tasks
• Build simple workflows, landing pages, or tools using AI / no-code
• Automate repetitive work and improve efficiency

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience
• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments (mandatory)
• High ownership and accountability – you take responsibility for outcomes
• Strong problem-solving and execution ability
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes
• Clear communicator and strong coordinator

Tools / Skills

• Google Sheets / Excel
• Notion / Asana or similar tools
• Basic understanding of marketplaces / operations-heavy businesses
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
