Immediate opening for SAP CPI(Successfactor) Consultant

Notice Period: Immediate – 15 days.

• SAP CPI & SuccessFactors certifications are preferred with 4+ years of development experience as SAP CPI consultant in interface projects.
• Proven experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with a focus on SuccessFactors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.).
• SF Interface:
• Experience in using CompoundEmploee API(SFAPI) and SF OData API
• Experience in handling SF EC Multiple Employment profile’s in iflow (Transfer, Global assignment, Concurrent employment) along with normal profiles.
• Experience in SF Inbound interface (towards EP, EC etc..)
• Knowledge in SF EC Org structures and experience in handling Org info related interfaces.
• CPI :
• Knowledge over BTP cockpit and tenant setup.
• Experience in custom interface implementation
• HTTP, FTP/SOAP, OData, Mail, SFTP, SuccessFactors, JMS Adaptor
• Experience in web service interface implementation
• Key based and certificate-based authentication.
• XSLT, Message mapping
• Groovy, Java scripting
• Data Converters (XML, JSON, CSV, EDI)
• PGP Encryption, Decryption
• Experience in CPI Pre-packaged interface configuration
• Handling “Manage security” section.
• Strong understanding of integration design patterns, data mapping, transformation techniques, and API management.
• Proficiency in integration protocols and standards such as SOAP, REST and OData.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors APIs, data models, and security frameworks.
• Experience with Dell Boomi integration technology is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
• Familiarity with full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
