Job Title: Project Manager (LMS Projects)

Experience: 4–7 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a PMO who can own LMS project delivery end-to-end, including client coordination, timelines, and execution. This role requires strong ownership, structured project management, and the ability to work closely with clients, content teams, and LMS admins to ensure smooth and timely program launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end LMS project delivery from kickoff to launch
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all LMS-related projects
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams
  • Coordinate with content, design, LMS, and tech teams for seamless execution
  • Drive course deployment planning (SCORM, videos, assessments, certifications)
  • Track project progress, risks, and delays, and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure client requirements are clearly translated into execution plans
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Handle escalations and ensure SLA adherence
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, speed, and delivery quality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in project management / PMO role with client handling
  • Exposure to LMS platforms (TalentLMS / Moodle / Docebo or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
  • Understanding of eLearning workflows (SCORM, course publishing, LMS setup)
  • Strong ownership mindset and execution focus

Good to Have:

  • Experience in EdTech / Learning programs / LMS implementations
  • Basic understanding of integrations (APIs, Zapier, HRMS/CRM systems)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, Excel, dashboards
