Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Lead to manage and drive the organization’s compensation strategy, benefits programs, and reward frameworks. The role will be responsible for ensuring competitive compensation structures, compliance with statutory regulations, and alignment of rewards with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in compensation planning, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy
• Design and implement compensation structures, salary frameworks, and incentive programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Manage annual compensation review cycles, increments, and bonus planning.
Benefits Administration
• Oversee employee benefits programs such as insurance, wellness initiatives, and retirement plans. • Evaluate and recommend benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Analytics & Reporting
• Analyse compensation data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports related to salary structures, compensation budgets, and workforce cost analysis.
Compliance & Policies
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Develop and maintain C&B policies and guidelines.
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with HR leadership, finance, and business stakeholders to align compensation programs with company goals.
• Provide guidance to HR teams on compensation policies and practices.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.
• Experience managing annual compensation cycles and incentive plans.
• Good understanding of HR analytics and compensation data management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
