Role Overview
We are a marketing agency looking for a Client Servicing Manager with 3+ years of experience to act as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role is critical in building strong client relationships, understanding marketing and business objectives, and ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns and projects from brief to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end client relationships
Understand client requirements, marketing objectives, and expectations, translating them into clear and actionable briefs
Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction
Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and execution teams to achieve campaign goals
Proactively address client concerns, manage expectations, and provide effective solutions
Build long-term client partnerships through consistent communication and trust
Manage multiple clients and projects efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Client Relations, preferably in a marketing or digital agency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
