• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience on software products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving for complex systems.
• Proven ability to design for multi-step workflows, data-dense interfaces, or enterprise tools.
• Excellent visual design skills paired with strong UX fundamentals.
• Comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma/XD
• Experience with prototyping and interaction tools (e.g., XD/Figma prototypes, Framer, Principle)
• Experience using analytics, usability testing, or research tools to inform design decisions
• Strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Translate abstract or highly technical requirements into clear, usable interfaces
• Lead UX thinking across discovery, ideation, prototyping, and final design
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that scale
• Collaborate deeply with product managers and engineers to shape solutions early
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product
