Manager / Senior Manager – Design & Engineering for Fertilizer Plant Projects.
We are looking for experienced Design & Engineering professionals for a large-scale fertilizer industry project. The role involves design engineering, drawing review, and coordination with licensors and EPC contractors for fertilizer plant projects
Experience Requirement
• 10–20 years of experience in Design Engineering and Drawing Review
• Experience in Fertilizer Plants (Ammonia / Urea / Complex Fertilizer)
• Exposure to Licensor packages and EPC documentation
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage design engineering activities for fertilizer plant projects
• Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with licensor requirements and EPC standards
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, licensors, consultants, and vendors
• Provide technical guidance for equipment selection (rotating & static equipment)
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and engineering deliverables
• Support project execution, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with international engineering codes and safety standards
• Lead and mentor engineering teams
