• 3–6 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Billing, FinOps, Revenue Operations, or Strategic Finance roles
• Prior exposure to high‑value enterprise cloud or SaaS contracts and billing models
• Strong understanding of how negotiated discounts, credits, commitments, and special terms are operationalized within billing systems
• Deep mastery of the FinOps Framework (Inform, Optimize, Operate) applied to large‑scale, multi‑account enterprise cloud environments
• Ability to translate technical usage into financial insight and governance actions for enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of financial controls, approval hierarchies, and compliance requirements
• Advanced expertise in enterprise billing models, invoiced billing, custom pricing, multi‑subscription constructs, and bundled offerings
• Clear understanding of quote‑to‑cash ownership, including how Sales, GBP, Deal Strategy Support, Finance, and Engineering interfaces contribute to billing outcomes
• Ability to navigate complex dependencies without crossing ownership boundaries
• High proficiency with billing investigation tools, case‑management platforms, and financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical rigor to detect systemic billing patterns, edge cases, and latent defects
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate financial risk in million‑dollar enterprise accounts before escalation
