About the Role
Role: Director of Engineering
This is a senior leadership role requiring a blend of deep engineering expertise, consulting acumen, and business ownership. The individual will be responsible for driving large-scale technology initiatives, leading high-performing engineering teams, and owning end-to-end delivery for complex digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale engineering teams to deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions
- Own and manage large P&L portfolios, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
- Drive strategic initiatives across digital transformation, cloud, data, and AI programs
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and execution strategies
- Ensure excellence in delivery, including quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing strong consulting and problem-solving capabilities
Key Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in engineering and technology leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large P&L and business ownership
- Strong background in consulting, preferably with top-tier consulting firms or similar environments
- Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives at scale
- Ability to operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution
- Experience across non-financial domains such as retail, healthcare, telecom, manufacturing, or similar industries is highly preferred
