About the Role

We are looking for someone based in Delhi who can take ownership of two connected responsibilities: delivering AI training sessions (online and offline) for schools, colleges, and corporate clients, and coordinating the operational side of these programs and other ongoing institutional projects.

This is not a pure teaching role. It is not a pure operations role. It is both. You will be the person in the room delivering the session, and also the person who made sure the room was booked, the institution was aligned, and the follow-up was handled.

What You Will Do

AI Training and Workshops

Conduct AI training sessions for students, educators, and corporate teams, both online and in-person.

Cover a range of topics including AI literacy and concepts, Python/AI tech skills fundamentals, generative AI tools, practical AI applications, and prompt engineering.

Design and adapt training content and curriculum for different audiences, from school students to working professionals.

Stay current with the AI landscape and continuously update training material to reflect new tools, trends, and use cases.

Program Coordination and Institutional Relations

Coordinate and manage programs with schools, colleges, and corporate clients from initial outreach through to execution and follow-up.

Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.

Handle scheduling, logistics, and documentation for training sessions, workshops, and events.

Manage ongoing projects with institutions, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder updates.

Build and maintain relationships with institutional decision-makers (principals, deans, training heads, HR teams) for repeat engagement and long-term partnerships.

Who Should Apply

You have a solid working knowledge of AI tools and concepts.

B.Tech. Computer Science/EC or relevant degree preferred.

You are comfortable presenting and conducting sessions in front of groups, from a classroom of students to a boardroom of professionals.

You are organized and can manage multiple institutional relationships and project timelines simultaneously without things slipping through the cracks.

You possess strong logical thinking and the ability to make sound decisions quickly under pressure, reading situations accurately, adapting as needed, and resolving challenges independently. 

You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.

You are based in Delhi or willing to relocate. This role requires regular in-person presence for meetings, sessions, and institutional visits.

Prior experience in education, training, edtech, or institutional sales/partnerships is a strong plus.
