Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• 5 days WFO
• As an Finance expert, incumbent will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
• Provide business/financial planning support, covering a broad spectrum of deliverables, analysis, planning and forecasting.
• Responsibilities will include monthly/quarterly forecast updates, target setting for financial goals, and business/financial planning reviews.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and be involved in variance and root cause analysis.
• Shall utilize analytical capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and will be responsible for corporate reporting.
• Involved in financial analysis & provide insights to senior management of the annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecast and long-range plan. He / She shall create executive analysis reports highlighting business issues, potential risks & profit opportunities
• Lead the development of financial KPIs that assess the execution of manufacturing and supply chain strategies
• Support in execution of initiatives to drive GM expansion
• Ensure the Operations leadership team has a clear understanding of the financial performance, financial levers; Provide continuous monitoring and feedback to all departments within operations on cost and headcount budget target adherence.
• Develop successful cross-functional relationships across Production, and Supply Chain for demand planning and with Procurement and AP to implement project
• Track production process efficiency and productivity as it pertains to financial reporting. Displaying financial trends, key actions, and strategic implications to meeting or exceeding profitability targets.
• Develop, oversee and manage the organization’s Operational investment plans including Capital Investments and support NPIs and the entry of new markets
• Business Operational Performance
• Own and lead analysis on financial performance, towards Revenue’s, COGs, GM
