Role Description
The Assistant Manager – Retail Store Audits is a Bangalore based full time position and has the following activities –
- Plan monthly and quarterly audit cycles with clients
- Recruit, train and manage audit staff for inventory, store, warehouse and functional audits
- Lead audits on the field across various locations in South India (job will involve extensive travel as per audit schedules)
- Manage other teams through team leaders
- Analyse audit findings, prepare audit report and conduct audit meetings with clients.
- Manage designated accounts for audit delivery
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability in Team Management to foster collaborative and productive work environments
- Experience in Sales, with an understanding of retail operations
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to effectively manage time and responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail audits or retail store operations is an advantage
Salary
Gross pay per month – Rs.35000 – 40000
