Role Description

The Assistant Manager – Retail Store Audits is a Bangalore based full time position and has the following activities –

• Plan monthly and quarterly audit cycles with clients
• Recruit, train and manage audit staff for inventory, store, warehouse and functional audits
• Lead audits on the field across various locations in South India (job will involve extensive travel as per audit schedules)
• Manage other teams through team leaders
• Analyse audit findings, prepare audit report and conduct audit meetings with clients.
• Manage designated accounts for audit delivery

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Proven ability in Team Management to foster collaborative and productive work environments
• Experience in Sales, with an understanding of retail operations
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Ability to effectively manage time and responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in retail audits or retail store operations is an advantage

Salary

Gross pay per month – Rs.35000 – 40000
